About Recently Followed

Recently Followed is a free web tool that shows the accounts a public Instagram profile followed most recently, newest first. It exists because Instagram lists someone's follows in its own default order, so new follows get lost in the list.

How it works

When you look up a username, we read that account's public Following list and keep the order in which the follows happened. The preview shows a few real results; the full list is in our app. We only work with information Instagram already shows publicly. We can't see private accounts you don't follow, and we don't log in to anyone's account.

The app

Recently Followed is the web companion of Recent Follow, an iPhone and Android app published by IGExport. The app shows the full list, can notify you when an account follows someone new, and lets you sign in with your own Instagram to check private accounts you already follow.

Not affiliated with Instagram

Recently Followed is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" is a trademark of Meta.
